had my classic Pontiac in to remove aftermarket stereo, Todd was awesome to deal with, no waiting ,, took the car in did the work and went one step further doing extra work to make my original radio work properly, then when I came back two weeks later to have my rear seat speakers hooked up, did the work for free.. My radio had reached the end of it's lifespan in my Honda, took it here and was quoted a reasonable price for a new aftermarket radio/deck. The service received was great! Had the issue diagnosed and new radio installed within 2 days. The only issue is the radio was missing a wiring harness needed due to the cars higher trim level audio system, and also needed some adjustments in order to fit correctly. This was worked around but left an issue of the volume not being limited, and the radio face being slightly uneven. This was acknowledged with two discounts off the original quoted price, and reassurance they could fix the audio issue if need be. Thank you for the honesty and integrity! Such great service! Todd and Tye at Automotive Universe did a great job installing extra lighting in the cargo area my work van.

I told them that I had an urgent client appointment that I needed to get to shortly after having the lighting installed. They completed the work well under the estimated time, allowing me to get to my appointment early.

Now I can see everything in the back of my van It was well worth the price! Thanks, guys!
